Client Care Notice

In keeping with TayLAW Solicitors commitment to the highest level of service, care and responsibility to its clients we wish to advise you of the following:

Scott Taylor, Beth Walsh, Diana Jurgensen or Jessi Muir will be looking after your matter and will be responsible for the day to day conduct of your matter. The person responsible for the overall supervision of your matter is Scott Taylor, Principal.

Our offices (Caloundra and Caboolture) are open between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding the usual public holidays. Appointments can be made outside of these hours by arrangement.

You can assist with your matter by providing clear and timely instructions and advising us if you have any important time limits. We need to ensure that we have both understood each other correctly. If you are not sure about anything please do not hesitate to ask the Solicitor or person who has the day to day conduct of your file, or Scott Taylor directly.

It is also imperative that you advise us of any change of address or change in telephone numbers and keep in regular contact with us.

We confirm that in accordance with Queensland Law Society’s requirements, our firm has in place a procedure to assist you with any problems that may arise throughout the conduct of the matter. We confirm however that should you at any time have any problem or feel that we are not providing you with the service you expected; you should raise this with Scott Taylor, Principal. This will be at no extra cost to you.
