Scott Taylor - Principal
Scott was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997 after completing his Articles in Dalby at the firm Shannon Donaldson Province Lawyers. In 2004 Scott relocated from Dalby with his wife and was employed by a local firm Geoff Lyons Solicitor until the 1st July 2007 when TayLAW Solicitors was founded.

Scott has in excess of 10 years post admittance experience as a Solicitor. Together with its employed Solicitors, Beth and Diana and its Conveyancing Manager Jessi, TayLAW Solicitors is able to offer a broad range of legal services to the Sunshine Coast ranging from Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Transactions, Leasing, Family Law, Criminal Law, Traffic Law and Litigation to list a few.

Scott volunteers for the Caloundra Community Legal Service and is an avid sportsman.

Scott assists clients with Commercial Matters, Wills and Estate Planning and General Matters.

Beth Walsh - Associate
Beth was previously employed in a large commercial/litigation firm in NSW prior to her admission to practice in Queensland 2004. Since that time Beth has established a sound reputation on the Sunshine Coast Practising in the areas of Commercial Property and Family Law.

Beth joined TayLAW in 2009 predominantly in the area of Family Law assisting clients in successfully negotiating Property Settlements, Children´s Orders, Binding Financial Agreements and representing and advising clients on Domestic Violence Issues. She further supports clients in the areas of Property Law and Estate Planning.

Beth is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Diana Jurgensen - Employed Solicitor
Diana has recently joined TayLAW Solicitors and is based at our Caboolture office. Diana has a legal background in Criminal, Commercial and General Litigation.

Diana has completed her Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies at Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Law at Queenslands University of Technology.

Diana is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Jessi Muir - Conveyancer
Jessi started work as a Receptionist in a law firm in Caboolture in 2003; 3 months later she was promoted to a Junior Secretary. Since that time Jessi has gained experience working in a number of law firms as a personal assistant based in many different areas of law over the years including Family Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property and finally Estate Planning.

Jessi also assisted with the opening of a new law firm in Caboolture in 2006 which was purchased by TayLAW Solicitors in 2008 whereupon Jessi joined the TayLAW Solicitors team.

Jessi is now the firms Conveyancer and is based in the Caloundra Office. Please contact Jessi for all of your Residential Conveyancing needs.
